Mojo Health is an async telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed Canadian physicians for Asynchronous Visits and prescription services.
Mojo Health is NOT an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
You must be 18 years of age or older and a Canadian resident to use Mojo Health.
A prescription is not guaranteed. All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the reviewing physician.
Your visit is free — no consultation fee. You only pay for your medication, charged at checkout and fully refunded if the physician doesn't approve it. Once a prescription has been approved and the pharmacy has been notified, the consultation is non-refundable.
You must provide accurate and complete health information. Providing false information may result in account termination and could be dangerous to your health.
Prescriptions issued through Mojo Health are for personal use only.
Mojo Health reserves the right to terminate accounts for misuse, fraudulent information, or abusive behaviour.
Mojo Health is not liable for adverse health outcomes resulting from patient-provided inaccurate information.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
