Your visit is free — no consultation fee. You only pay for your medication, charged at checkout and fully refunded if the physician doesn't approve it. No medication is dispensed in this case.
Once a prescription has been approved, filled, and dispensed/shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with Canadian pharmacy regulations governing dispensed medication. This is a standard patient-safety requirement across all licensed Canadian pharmacies.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your patient dashboard or by emailing info@joinmojohealth.ca. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Billing errors or duplicate charges should be reported to info@joinmojohealth.ca for review. We will investigate and correct any verified errors promptly.
