Pricing varies by treatment and is shown on each product page before you begin your consultation. Your visit is free — no consultation fee. You only pay for your medication, charged at checkout and fully refunded if the physician doesn't approve it.
We do not bill insurance directly. You can pay out of pocket and submit the receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Most consultations are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your physician has made a decision.
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored with our secure cloud service providers, which may be located in the United States. When stored outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that country. We protect it with contractual and technical safeguards and handle it in accordance with PHIPA and PIPEDA.
Yes. If you are on a subscription plan, you can cancel at any time from your patient dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
